Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Breavo purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns. You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

How to start a return. Email us at info@breavobeauty.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you return instructions.

Return shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case, we'll cover the cost and make it right.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within a few business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@breavobeauty.com within 30 days and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
